RécréAction, is a business specialised in the innovation of educational game designs and communication since 2002.
In 2018, the Human Resources Department of Schenker France contacted RécréAction to develop a Risks Prevention App. Its objective was to remind 6500 employees on 100 sites the Health & Safety golden rules to reduce the number of accidents.
After a review of the existing Micro-Learning platforms, we approached Gameful Ltd, the only platform offering us enough flexibility to develop our concept to change behaviours step by step. Their Bravo platform allowed us to combine Micro-Learning, Micro-Actions and Video Games to develop a unique digital solution : Mobile Game Training
Our strategy was based on the need to recreate the best conditions for learners: generating rituals and tiny habits, using game levers to give a concrete representation of risks, allowing users to learn from mistake without danger and to receive appropriate feedback and micro-lessons.
Thanks to the Bravo Platform, our first 3-week campaign at Schenker France was a success: 97% of users liked the App, 86% played every day, 76% changed their vision of risk, 31% changed at least one practice.
To continue to meet our clients’ needs and change their employees’ behaviours, the ingenuity of the Gameful Ltd is allowing us to add relevant functionalities to our “Swiss Army knife” App.
– a warm-up tool which allows any user to create their own routine by selecting their warm-up time and exercises.
– a checklist tool to facilitate the safety of the new employees and temporary workers allowing them to wire a new practice to an existing habit.
